Ocoee River Rafting has become very popular for all ages, so both weekends and weekdays fill up fast. In the peak season, June, July and August we generally fill up within a week of the trip day, so we strongly recommend that you make reservations in advance. This will insure trip availability for your preferred trip date and time. You can call our office at 800-251-4800 or you can submit a reservation online by filling out the requested information below. In order to make a reservation a 25% deposit will be due upon booking and the balance due in full 10 days prior to the trip. If the reservation is made within 10 days of the trip date, the full balance will be due at the time of the booking.
(PLEASE NOTE: Tennessee State Parks require all rafters must be at least 12 years of age). All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability form on the day of the trip and any participant under the age of 18 must also have a parent or guardians signature. It is required that all participants must wear shoes on the river (strap on sandals, tennis shoes, or water shoes)

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
When you make a reservation with Ocoee Rafting, it is our commitment to hold a space for you and possibly turn others away from that particular trip date and time. With this in mind, please understand that we must be firm in adhering to our refund/cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our business we regret that we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for any reason within 10 days prior to the trip date. Cancellations received 10 days or more prior to the trip day will be refunded minus a $5.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation fees for Full River trips will be $10.00 per person. For groups of 12 or more there will be NO REFUNDS given within 14 days of the trip day. Cancellations received prior to the 14 days will be refunded minus $5.00 per person and $10.00 per person for Full River trip cancellations. We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies, illness or bad weather. WE RUN OUR TRIPS, RAIN OR SHINE.
(PLEASE NOTE: On “cap days” we are unable to refund within 14 days of the trip date, due to a strict limitation of customers per day set by the Tennessee State Parks. Cap days are all Saturdays in July and August).
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RESERVATIONS

Also due to the nature of this business it is hard to stay on a precise schedule therefore there is a chance that trips can be delayed. With this in mind we recommend that you arrive no more than 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled trip time, otherwise you may be subject to a long wait period. It is also very important not to be late: anyone that is more than 20 minutes late will miss the trip and we regret we cannot give refunds or reschedule for missed trips. Please remember we are in the Eastern Time Zone and again it is important to arrive on time; please don't arrive too early or to late.
